These cards can be used for any Fitness class giving our students flexibility in their Fitness program.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ONLY CLASSES THAT HAVE A FIXED SCHEDULE ARE THE CLASSES FOR GROUP COUPLES. SHOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN GROUP SINGLE OR PRIVATE CLASSES, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO SPEAK TO OUR STAFF TO ARRANGE LESSONS AT CONVENIENT TIMES TO YOU AND OUR TEACHERS.

For your enjoyment and comfort, our classes are structured for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 students for the Singles Group lessons, and a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 couples for the Couples Group lessons.
